How to dress, according to your body shape!

Every woman is built differently. You may have plenty of curves in some places, but lack them in others. Maybe you're top heavy or need something to make you look a bit taller. Whatever your fashion challenges are, there are clothing items designed to help you make the most of your figure. Here are some simple ways to dress properly for your body .

Instructions

    • 1.
Check whether you have a round body.
To dress properly for this body type, you will want to accentuate the positive and downplay the negative. Wearing V-necks and low-cut shirts will draw the eye to your best assets. Avoid tight-fitting tops that hug your midsection. If you have nice legs, choose knee-length skirts or capris that show off your stems.
    • 2.
Ask if you're the inverted triangle.

This body type is known for broad shoulders and slim hips. Many are also blessed with long legs and a medium-size bust. You are one of the few that can pull off a pair of hip-hugging jeans. The trick to dressing this body type is to balance out your figure by adding a little bit of fullness to your lower half. Flare skirts or pants are a great choice for the inverted triangle.
    • 3. The Pear Body Shape
Dress the pear body shape (small on top and larger on the bottom) by choosing flowing fabrics and skirts that minimize your hips and behind. Square necklines will help broaden your shoulders, making you appear more proportional.
    • 4. Show off the hourglass figure.
Songs have been sung about your sexy curves, so show them to the world. Your best clothing choices are those that draw attention to your well-defined waist. Wrap blouses and dresses are always a good choice, as are semi-fitted clothes that couture your body.

      Tips and Warnings
  • 1.Every manufacturer is different, so make sure to try everything on before you buy.
    2. Bigger is not better. Avoid large dresses or shirts that drape you in fabric; they can actually can make you look bigger than you are.
    3. Never be afraid of colors or prints. being beautiful is about looking and feeling your best, so if yello makes you happy, then wear it with pride.

  • The Beauty of Bangon Falls

Bangon Falls-(Brgy.Bugtong, Calbayog City, Western Samar)
I was here in May 2010, my first time though it's only a barangay away from my hometown. The 3 km. walk from Brgy. Tinaplacan highway was very tiring but well worth it. You can also ride a habal habal( improvised single motorcycle) going there but it's like riding a roller coaster and the fare is a little bit high so if you are in a group you can walk going there.
You will walk through cascades before you can reach the main falls and you need to be careful, take off your shoes or slippers because it's slippery sometimes. (see what I did here Tongue out Lol)
The main falls is like acircular swimming pool and the water is so refreshing. This is how it looks in summer, but during rainy season people don't come here because it's too dangerous and the water is overflowing.
There are old stories about Bangon Falls. According to my grandmother you cannot measure the depth of the pool. One time there was a big tree fall into the pool after that it disapper into the deep. For the old folks, this falls is mysterious.

Just a few meters from the falls you will find these landcapes.
I was mermerize by its beauty. If you are brave enough you can jump here and see if you can come out lol..Thrilling isn't it? But I prefer not to do  because I don't know how to swim.Embarassed

So if you want to visit Bangon Falls and toher tourist spots in Samar Island you can visit their website at:

Daraitan and Tinipak in Tanay, Rizal

My life in 2007 was full of adventure. I went to many local places in the Philippines including Daraitan and Tinipak in Tanay Rizal. My experience was so extreme that I know I will remember  for the rest of my life. (Please see my blog"my personal videos from Youtube, Tinipak"). Going to Daraitan you need to take a tamaraw FX from Crossing or Cubao going to Tanay. From Tanay Market, you need to take a jeep going to Daraitan for almost 2 hours ride.
This is the first view that struck me when we arrived at Brgy. Daraitan. The wooden bridge with nearby cottages. I was screaming when the jeepney passed the river, I was like Oh My! Is this really happening? When we arrived at the barangay proper we stopped at a house to borrow untensils. Then we started walking through the barangay cemetery and ohh I was so scared.

But upon seeing this beauty took away all my worries. The first thing to do? Picture taking!
After taking so many photos we decided to find a place to sleep. And here it is! see that rock?
And after that of course, swimming!
Daraitan river was awarded as the cleanest river in Region IV and a Finalist in National Competition. It is ideal for trekkers and mountainers. The water is so refreshing and very clean.
After a month I was lucky to go back to Daraitan but our next destination?
    Tinipak!
Going to Tinipak is a big challenge for first timers like us. We need to take an hour walk going to the river. You need to slide on slippery rock going down to the river, but when you reach the place you will be magnified by it's beauty.
(me, wearing a red blouse, I almost fell!)
Tinipak is composed of white rock fomation that looks like gem. We had an overnight sleep inside the cave. I saw monkeys, yes..
    The view was very relaxing.
I know I can't go back here..but I have all the beautiful memories about Daraitan and Tinipak!
    Thank you so much Tinipak!
